Joe is great to work with. Your service director, Todd Rohrsen, accommodated my request back in October about the difficulties of timing the oil change and auto butler schedules which was a great help for me since I drive a 100 miles each way to get service at your dealership. This is one of the main reasons I make the long trip out to Kenosha even though there is a Honda service center just 3 miles from my house.

Randy was great. The guy I dealt with when I picked our van up though was off putting to me. Wish I would have asked what his name was. I really liked the Pilot that was given to us as a loaner. I’m in the market for a new vehicle but when I asked him how much a new Pilot goes for he ignored me. Didn’t even acknowledge that I asked him a question. When I got home and was telling my wife I didn’t care for that guy she mentioned she felt he was rude to her as well. Before we brought our van to Honda Kenosha it had been recommended to me to go to Honda Racine instead. I believe that is where I’ll take my business from now on.
