Your service attendance at times can be rather abrupt when talking to a customer like myself or my wife and come across as if it’s a privilege for us to have our car serviced at Kenosha Honda rather than coming across as it is their privilege to serve our needs. There will be times when the service attendant is interrupting the conversation with us while they have to leave to get something from the office or a print out or something
