Joe the service writer was amazing to say the lease , everything else was horrible, im a shop and we do daily follow ups on our customers, when i called on a follow up the writeror mansger was rude and parts was beyond rude , this is the first time i used you and it was a rough experience, when i got the car back whitch was a 26 crv with 11k all the under shield bolts were missing and when i got back to my shop it was dragging on the ground and the wheel lock tool was taken out of car and never put back , i had to drive back to the dealer and pick it up from joe , im not sure how you guys opperate but my shop is not and never will be run that way
