However I have feedback on your quoting service, its the second time I get a quote and then your system comes with a different cost afterwards. You might want to make sure your quotes service is in line with your actual price service. Rodney, however was very helpful to address my concerns and provide a resolution.

The service tech reported to Sam that a front tire was missing two lug nuts. I don’t believe that. I was charged $76. It’s been about 9500 miles since the last oil change. I washed the vehicle a couple of times a week and I’m pretty meticulous so it’s not conceivable that I would not see missing lug nuts when I wiped down the wheels.Previous oil changes were done at your shop. At this visit, no tire rotation was to be done because I put new tires on on January 26. I would like the $76 refunded. I appreciate you looking into this.
