When my car was done it looked great! However, I sat at the dealership for over 3 hours. I understand it was an auto butler appointment. But whoever scheduled my appointment scheduled it an hour before the auto butler appointment so I was sitting there an hour longer than I should’ve been. I’ve been there before where my auto butler appointments only takes 45 minutes. I’m not sure if it was super busy this morning or what. But I usually have good experiences with this dealership but today I was disappointed considering I live an hour away. This appointment took up half the day for me. I left upset because I had another appointment this afternoon and I was late for it.

Oil change and your rotation complete. But mentioned a low tire (LR). 31 psi. Get the vehicle back, WITH the tire pressure displayed shows low tire on LF. Never checked your pressure. Makes me wonder what else wasn't checked. Yes I drove it to make sure it was fully synced. I filled it at Costco. It is these little details that matter.
