I’m having a recurring problem with my 2024 CR-V with the B pillar trim. It’s my third time back to fix it. I’m still under warranty and I’m concerned it will keep bulging out. What bothered me was that Joe said once it’s out of warranty, they will not fix it any more. My viewpoint is that it was NEVER right to begin with. I don’t want to start looking into Lemon Laws for a dumb thing like B pillar trim. I want Honda to make it right. Can I please have some commitment to make it right from Honda of Kenosha management?
