while Im satisfied with the service, Im not satisfied that I bought a new vehicle with a common problem that took months to fix. I feel like this should be a recall item and Honda should replace all the mirrors as I'm concerned it's a matter of time until the other side fails.

Joe’s good came in for an auto butler service and at his recommendation and with my approval many things were taken care of or brought to my attention and a little over one thousand dollars later. I am a pretty happy customer and will be back soon shoot I forgot I had a note for a free oil change and that should have been documented. Also can I get the free wiper inserts next time I need them?
