I really like working with Rodney in Service. He has a very professional style - straight-forward ... no b... s.... I also worked with Kevin upon arrival, as Rodney was **** on a phone call. Kevin is also a very impressive Service Advisor.
Note: We did not figure out the problem with my Bluetooth issue. Rodney is going to look into this further and contact me tomorrow - Friday.

Sam was rude from the first day I went to the Honda dealership. I would love to sit down with the owner of the Honda in Kenosha and let him know exactly what my experience has been so far. Sam is not the only rude disrespectful person that is working there. If it wasn’t for Cody, Aaron and Joe I would not still be working with you today after waiting for my brand new car after only having it in my possession for less than 24 hours for almost 2 weeks. I would give Sam 0 stars.
