Will did a great job, he was the only one who seemed to really care about getting my hitch ball to me in a timely matter. I over heard him saying that he would even personally drive it to my house. Joe was kind of a pain in the ****.

Allan is top notch. Really appreciate him. As far as service and the Kenosha Honda folks, hate going anywhere else. I travel a lot in my job. Sometimes have no choice to be served by other dealers. The Honda dealership in Milford Connecticut is like going to “Goobers garage”. The last Honda dealer I went to in Pennsylvania was totally rude and didn’t rotate my tires, even thought they charged me for it. Just understand that there us a built An inherent danger when asking such a a definitive yes or No question exists. The answers can be very true or very misleading and therefore of no real values.
