Sam was excellent to work with when I dropped off my car, when he told me I would get a loaner because my car was going to take longer, and when he called me to tell me my car was ready. The gentleman that worked with me when I picked up my car was not very personable and made me feel like I was a bother. I will always request Sam’s help, and I will make sure that I will pick up my car when he is around.

Joe was not the problem. He did his job but my front mirror makes a strange noise in the wind. I was told that and the windows shaking are just quirks and normal. Sorry but a new car shouldn’t be this way. If I drive my ten year old other car the mirror doesn’t cause wind noise and the windows when cracked do not shake and slap against the frame making noises over bumps. This is a Honda quality issue. I won’t be buying a Honda again if this is normal.
