I had a 10:30 appt and had to wait 40 minutes before I was even checked in. The man who checked people in for service was quite rude, told me I would have to wait only about 10 minutes, then he disappeared for at least 25-30 minutes.
The recall letter I received stated that replacing the fuse would only take about 45 minutes. I was told my car would not be ready until 4:00, and someone would call me. I called at 3:30 and found my car was already done-never got a call.
The gentleman who had me sign the papers fir completion, was very apologetic and personable.

Service Advisor was no help and extremely rude, I believe his name was Allen. My appointment was scheduled at 8:00 Am and he had helped cars that came in after and serviced before I was. Didn’t mind the 3 hour wait but his attitude towards the situation, made my experience horrible! Will definitely think about coming back.
