We now have to bring the car back in for the fourth time to repair a door issue, which was yet again not addressed today. I’m told it will take 90 minutes to repair and you had the car for a full day again today and still it is not repaired. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with both the car and the number of repair issues and the failure to repair yet again. It’s been an awful combination and is severely eroding our longtime brand loyalty to Honda.

It's been a pleasure having David service my car. Though i was few minutes late to my appointment, he did immediately attend me as soon as i reached. Because of my delay, i even missed the drop-off shuttle and he immediately arranged a loaner car and helped me not miss my appointment at work. There was a complication during the service and he promptly updated me and fixed the issue. He is knowledgeable, sincere and pleasant to talk to.
