I got stranded with a low FOB battery in the Sierra, no cell service, and it did not start with FOB held to dash. You-all checked both FOBs and gave them and the car an OK. I retested FOB with no battery and car did start when FOB was held against dash, so we feel secure again. You did what I could not do

The lack of communication expressed by this advisor is astounding. Coming from someone who works at a dealership and has experience in the service department, I know and understand how busy things get and that servicing a car is a process. That said, there is truly no reason that I should have had to call in to the store on nearly every occasion to find out about my car’s status, when I was promised specific follow up times by both the advisor and the service manager, and subsequently have my concerns regarding this be passed off. Additionally, my initial quote for servicing the vehicle was around $250. This quickly turned into a quote of over $3500, vastly more that my car is even worth, in order to attempt to fix a smog issue with little to no explanation as to why these certain parts/costs needed to be associated. After a thoughtful explanation from the service manager, my concerns were slightly eased, but but even after those new parts were fitted and tested, the issue persisted. So in full, I was going to throw $3500 worth of parts and labor at the wall with little to no confidence expressed in the situation by the individual working on the car and by the service manager. This is when I decided to cut the cord. The car’s issues are not the fault of anybody working on it or those in contact with me, but the gross mishandling of this situation with regards to even letting me know about any of the details regarding this issue is deeply disappointing.

- Did not apply the Service special of 15% discount in the billing and had to double check on it and remind the adviser again - Did not inform the car is ready, had to call her myself at 5:30 and found out that I had to pick the car before 6pm, Service adviser advised me on taking the car tomorrow by 7:30 am. Why didn't you send me a message when the car is ready ? - Rear tail light is not fixed , I did mention it while giving it to service. Bad customer service
