Adrian was very nice and knowledgable and attentive to our need. However, the guy who checked us in was very rude and started yelling at us just for having our lights un. He yelled "you're blinding me!" when we drove in and this was a terrible first impression that we had in your dealership.

I’ve been a loyal customer, coming here for routine and unexpected services since 2021. I was here for a routine service scheduled at 7:30am on Saturday, March 30, 2024. My car was the second one in that day. I fully understand that the mechanics do not start their days until 8:00am, this was also communicated to me. I also know that lunch breaks are also to be accounted for. I preface my customer feedback with these facts — even knowing I brought my car in on a Saturday/weekend, because it took over seven hours with an appointment. My vehicle just needed an oil change and tire rotation and I was alerted that it was ready to pick up at 9:30am. I stayed on site for the two hours that I was expecting to wait. I usually am prepared for three full hours, but never seven... When I went to speak with my rep, I was told that there was a nail found in my tire and that a puncture was confirmed, and a replacement was required but that they had no replacement tires in stock. I was kind of surprised that they insisted on proceeding with payment, despite giving me any heads up about this newly found problem with my vehicle. Frustrated at my own situation but understanding of the Honda shop’s low stock, I mentioned that this happened less than a year ago, except I knew about it prior because my tire pressure light came on. This time, I had no prior indication, and simply had to trust their assessment. I communicated that I would probably then go to American Tire, and asked why they didn’t have any tires in stock, or when they would be available here— it doesn’t exactly sound exciting to drive off the lot after being told there’s a nail in your tire… without a solution offered to you. It was then that I was told that tires would be available here by Tuesday if ordered today… I told her I understood and I’d go somewhere else. I paid for my transaction that day, then my rep pulled me aside and said they had 4 available tires. I thought it was strange that it was only after I mentioned that I would get all 4 tires replaced as a result of my vehicle’s all-wheel-drive. Ultimately, I had to be charged twice that day (two separate transactions, two separate times my car had to be brought into the garage). All of this didn’t feel streamlined and almost leads me to be a bit frustrated with lack of workflow or updated systems in the front and back of house - apparently to find that tires were in stock, the rep had to call the mechanics, but didn’t see them online? There was only one cashier as well and the person manning the front desk inside was directing folks to pay a rep in one of the side outside rooms. I went to that room, following directions, and the gentleman was a bit annoyed that I waited outside of his room, and explained that I needed to close out with the rep I was working with before paying. I was just doing what I was told and there just clearly isn’t a “system” everyone is on board with on the weekends. Lastly, one gentleman was mopping the floors with a big machine and asked the people driving the done cars out to drive them off the epoxy flooring so he could finish. This was around 2pm. The guy that drove out my car didn’t listen, and so this person in charge of the mopping got in and moved my car, then went back to mopping. That also seemed a bit strange, I guess in theory any employee at any time can hop into the cars and move them around for the sake of service and cleaning, but he was literally in the middle of doing one job and it seemed strange that he had to stop to move the car himself… In general, I really need to reconsider if I’ll be bringing my car back here for service. The 7+ hours wasn’t the issue alone, it was just a very disorganized system that took as long as it would have if I didn’t have an appointment. In my opinion, this was not great or even semi-decent service. I shelled out well over a grand for a full day and lots of back and forth and unprofessionalism.
