I dropped off my car for an appointment at 8 am for a recall on a product for my car. The time it was estimated for was 1-2 hours. I called 4 ours later at 12 pm and they said they didn’t even have a technician that could work on, it in the store. Fast forward 5 more hours (waiting 9 hours total) my car was done. Unacceptable

Hampton Toyota has been real good to me, I believe Toyota and Honda are the Best cars and trucks sold in the World, value wise, I thought about getting a new car, but I only have 70,000 miles on it and it still rides like a new car, I also have a 1991 Toyota 4 wheel drive truck, still runs good and hopefully I have it the rest of my life. If I do decide to get a new car Hampton will be the first to know.

The service was fine. We were under the impression that there was still a warranty and when I explained this, the response I got was a little surprising. I told him that I would call the dealership where I purchased the car from To find out exactly what I purchased as for the warranty and he told me , yes, call and take your frustrations out with them, I’m just telling you what I see. That was rude. Other than that, We are satiated with the service that was provided. Thank you.
