I cleaned my car before taking in for recall service. My carpet was spotless. When I picked up my car the carpet on drivers side had dirty all over it. I have been driving Toyota since 1976. I have lived all over the place. This is the first dealership that ever gave me back a dirty car. Can y’all not afford paper floor mats or a vacuum cleaner?
