When we first pulled up in the service to the service center we was greeted by the service advisor named Emmett I asked him if the auto Butler would be done after the service was completed and I noticed from there the attitude in his and body movements after the service was completed I ask him about the wheel lock keys because when we bought the vehicle we was informed that the were in the glove box or with the spare tire and was never found so when I asked him about them he said the car had no locks on the wheels and then his attitude kicked in again I was totally dissatisfied with him
