Emmett did a great job in taking care of my vehicle. I was given a notice of a recall from a part on my Corolla. Unfortunately, after replacing the part from the recall , I had to replace my blower after only having the vehicle for 4 years. (It made 4 years in April) I was disappointed in the news as I did not expect to have to replace the entire blower; Emmett was able to give me a call and quote me on how much it would be. Because it was such a short time frame, Emmett communicated to me that he’d do research on his end see if there was something wrong with that specific part. He let me know he’d call me within a week; I always love the customer service Hampton gives and I look forward to his call. I hope the manufacturer can remedy the part that I had to pay out of pocket for.
