Phillip was great. Polite service was fast and Phillip wore his mask correctly at all times. The rest of the staff was not wearing a mask or had one but wearing it below the chin. Very disappointed with Hampton. Had to totally disinfect my car do to I care for my mom who is elderly and high risk. Have always been very happy with Hampton staff and service but not this time for sure. Phillip needs to be commended I know it's not easy to wear a mask all day but with all going on it's necessary to keep us safe

The service rep was exceptional, but I was disappointed that with a scheduled appointment the wait time was nearly 1.5 hours just for an oil change, tire rotation and multipoint inspection and the cost was over $70 with a coupon. The same service on my other vehicles at a GM and Ford dealership costs less than $50 and takes 30 minutes at best.

This visit was not good. Phillip was great but the person who made the service appointment did not schedule the appointment correctly. After waiting 2 hours for a tire rotation and replace the battery, I check in with Phillip. He tells me they are doing the airbag recall. When I called at 8:04 AM that morning, I specifically told the lady that I knew about the recall but I did not have time to have the recall done today because I had to be at work at 4:30. I told her that my car needed to be jumped and that I was going to get a battery and the regular maintenance which was a tire rotation. When I found out there was still another 45 minutes to an hour to complete the recall, I was furious. I spoke to O’Neal and he put me in a rental for one night. I work the night shift & the next day I had to drive to Baton Rouge to do some business. So, I had to drive out of my way to Hampton to exchange out the rental car for my car. I live about 30 minutes from Hampton. When I got in my car, the passenger seat had some kind of liquid on the seat. So, I drove up to the service center and told Phillip about what I found on my seat. He said they cover the driver seat but they do not cover the passenger seat. He took my car and had the seat cleaned. This delayed me getting home.
