The car wash I paid $26 plus was not acceptable due to the inside not vacuumed or cleaned all over. Spoke to service advisor before leaving the Hampton Toyota parking lot and showed him the unprofessional cleaning of inside my car. He then took my car himself to the main car detail person and he redone the inside of my car which was done right like it should have been the first time. My car was taken in also for service and Butler that same day. That’s why I paid the dealership to wash and clean my car inside and outside hoping to get the full benefit of the Butler protection on my car.
