The last two times we had service we received what must be computer generated text and emails..both say to respond to the text or email with any questions..I did respond both times with an issue and got no response from Steven Nelams that “sent” the text..my issue wasn’t responded to but another automated text was sent instead for this survey..I’m all about communication but this automated system that is disguised as personal concern for the customer is not working for you or me..have someone call me to fix my issue since no one responds to text or emails that your system sends...thanks ****-****-xxxx
