I have dealt with other dealerships the past 40 years Hampton Toyota is my first purchase of a Toyota and will be the last at Hampton, pointed out to salesman on the day of purchase the shift had scratches was told oh that is not a big deal we will take care of it and I have been told on numerous occasions that a pink slip was not received well that is not my fault and today was told it will have to be taken to a higher up, now the last auto butler that was done I noticed when I got home the outside door handle on the drivers side had a big bubble, I called numerous times and was past from one to the other now today I was told it’s bc of the heat, that is such a lie, why didn’t all the plastic handles Toyota puts do the same, you all can lie bc I have owned Chevrolet, Pontiac, several Honda’s And NEVER had the problems as with Hampton and the Customer service was so much better but I have learned a big expensive lesson not to shop HAMPTON

Went there for service today told them also my tire pressure light kept coming on has to keep putting air please check tires they came to me and said bae news there is a nail and it can’t be fix your price for tire alone over 200 not counting whatever else won’t have until Monday I said well I don’t want to wait Incase something happens went down the rd to place I trust sat there for almost two hours they were busy to find out mam there is no nail in your tire at all we searched and searched at that point I was like what called Toyota while there and all they can say is come back no sir for what I waited at Toyota with appointments already for two hours for oil change and tire Rotation then went across town for nothing not happy at all I feel like they were trying to make money off of me I know nothing will happen from this but oh well

Scott handled my service to my car with no issues. It was more expensive than I was originally told. After I paid I found that the 10% coupon I presented when I brought the car in was still in my car and had not been applied. I went back to the cashier and was told that the transaction could not be redone. I understand that mistakes are made but it was disappointing that she did not appear interested in my satisfaction as a customer. Scott was at lunch and later, over the phone apologized and told me that I would be mailed a check for the discount. Just seems that it could have been handled differently.
