Steve and Mark make me feel I matter. I feel my car is in safe hands. I feel I am in safe hands. The service team is better than sales team. They know I want to keep my car rolling as long as I can. Once I went to another mechanic thinking I would pay less. I paid $200 more than Hampton quoted me. I learned my lesson!! Thank you Steve and Mark!!! I appriecate you both more than you’ll know!!!

The service rep was very nice and polite but his time estimates for service were very inaccurate. He said the recall fix would take about 1 1/2 hours but that and the oils change took about 2 1/2 hours. Then he told me that I needed new tires, said it would take about an hour but really took about 3 hours. I have no problem with keeping my car as long as they need but I could have called for a ride home if I had a more accurate estimate of the time.
