The work was good and i appreciate the help. I was only upset bc i received a text when my car was done (was expecting a call) and didn’t see it til later so almost didn’t make it in time to pick up the car. Also they ordered the replacement tire but i really had no direction as to if they will call when it comes in or if i just bring my car by on Friday. That’s all. Thanks

The service manager did well. There seemed to a bit of miss communication between the salesman and the service department. Then there was an issue with the service manager and the people doing the detail work. The truck was delivered to the front of the dealership. When we found the truck one of the detail techs walked passed us using some very colorful language. He moved the truck to the back where the vehicles are usually picked up. It was kind of a Chinese fire drill trying to catch up with the truck.
