As always I was satisfied with the customer service, however this is the second time on our last 2 visits that I had to bring our vehicle back to Hampton for issues that have arisen due to incomplete maintenance service. A gasket was improperly installed following an oil change. We also had to return to Hampton after a brake job and the clips were not fastened or attached properly to the brake pads.
