I had an excellent experience but not exceptional. When I first tried to get my air bag fixed at your facility, I was told that I would receive a call when the parts arrived. Unfortunately that didn’t happen the First Time I tried. It wasn’t until I got a second letter from Toyota and tried a second time.

No issues with staff and my salesman, Dallas, did an excellent job. A+ performance on his part. I am still undecided on the extended warranty I felt pressured to buy and did so with the understanding that if my wife decides against it I will cancel it. Otherwise, a good experience. I was very rushed (not by your team, by personal circumstances) and would have liked more time to understand some of the features but I’ve got Dallas’ number so will contact him in the future with any questions. The product is outstanding and at the end of the day, that’s why I bought the truck.
