Mr. Emmett was very professional and at the same time he made you feel comfortable. He kept in contact with me on the progress of my truck. Hampton Toyota needs to take care of Mr. Emmett.

My wife asked that our service be recorded in service record book that is provided with vehicle purchase, we keep record of scheduled maintenance for warranty & resale resons we live more than 100 miles from dealer, this is not the first car we boudht at Hampton. She will drive back tomorrow to get book signed, stamped & updated. We hope this is not a pattern. We deal with Hampton because they are very detail aware, if she decides to make another trip to Hampton tomorrow I hope her request will be taken care of & she will be treated with the respect &courtesy that her business deserves.
