I got ripped off by your service. I had asked to do the diagnostic test as I had an engine light on. Your technician found out there were random firing. Then you guys recommended to check the valves costing me $399 which was absolutely unnecessary. He found no problems with valves. Then he tested the coils. After doing research I found out first check should have been ignition coil. He could have just fixed it in the first shot. I ended spending over $700 for this mistake coming to you guys. I have been Honda customer for 30 years. This was my worse experience. Adrian was very nice. Problem is wrong diagnosis cost customer. I need my money that I paid for your screw up. I am going to take this social media. You guys are taking advantage of innocent customers which is totally unacceptable. Call me if you need more explanation.. basu

We still had issues about doing the brake service for my 2014 Honda Odyssey Adrian took care of it and I had to come back the next day to fix the rear brakes hopefully he’ll get it done I hope the mechanic will fix my vibration on the steering wheel when I drive on the freeway or come to a complete stop and I appreciate Adrian and John service they get things done
