Yes completely satisfied with the service by Mr.Cruz.
However. Feedback on the checkout service,although car was ready. The wait time was still high since had to wait for someone to come out and hand over the keys to me when I was standing beside my car in the parking lot for 10mins!the process was easier earlier when at the checkout the cashier would just hand over the keys. Just a feedback for area of improvement.
