This is only the second time that I have used your services. First time was also for an oil change when I came in somewhere over 30,000 miles. I asked at that time if I needed a 30,000 mile check and the person that I met at that time said your car will let you know what it needs we don’t do 30,000 40,000 miles checks except etc. so when my car told me I was at 15% oil I knew it was time for you oil change. When I came in this morning Johnny indicated that I should’ve had service with 30,000 miles and 40,000 miles Be done all related to fluid it seems reasonable to me so I agreed to it until she told me how much it would cost something like $670 to do new brakes fluid transmission fluid oil and when I said wow I could do that at Jiffy Lube he said oh no they don’t do it like we do in a draining out completely clear it and putting brand new etc. so I was really put off by that sales pitch and felt I was being taken advantage of and frankly I’m not sure I’ll come back to your dealership to get my service

First time bringing my car here, made an apt for 7am quickly greeted by the Service Rep, Adrian, very polite and informative. He provided additional information that had another recall on my car that I wasn’t aware of. He reassured that everything would be done properly and would try to get me out of the dealership as soon as possible. He gave me updates while everything was being worked on. Very professional, courteous, and friendly, will definitely come back for any services I may need in the future.

I do have a complaint about my child seat being unfastened by either the detailers or someone else. I was not notified about this (I don’t think Francis knew about it) and I had to redo my child seat again. My vehicle was brought in for a recall and I don’t believe it had to do anything with the rear seats. I don’t appreciate this

Adrian Cruz was wonderful! When asked how long the service would take he advised me usually about 2 hours. I requested a shuttle home and he got me a Lyft ride. I got a call that my car was ready at 2:30 which was actually 4 1/2 hours after I dropped it off. In the past I waited and it always is a longer wait than what I’ve been told but, today I am very grateful for your customer service and making my visit pleasant.
