Delfín, was very attentive explaining to me the kind of service my vehicle needed based on the maintenance code. He called me several times to provide updates. At the end when when the vehicle was done, he not only handed the paperwork to me, he took the time to go over with me explaining every part of the service and details about current status of my vehicle. He pointed out some items that will need attention in the future. Overall excellent experience!
