First, I'd like to start that the employee helping me was attentive and polite during my experience. I wasn't going to say anything and just let it slide as I've done with my previous experiences at this dealership. I figured "management/ownership" changed so I thought things would be different. I texted around 1:37pm to see if my car was hopefully done since I had a meeting at 3pm. I was texted back immediately by a "computer" per the gentleman helping me, that my car "was done". I replied via text thank you I'm on my way. I show up and he says it's not ready it'll be another hour, not sure why the "computer" would text you that. I essentially wasted my time on Lyfts going back and forth as I had to be home for the meeting and on top of that the Lyft driver missed my exit delaying the trip back. To top it off the gentleman working with me told me that they "didn't wash my car because it's black and didn't want to scratch it". Is that what ALL black vehicle owners get told? To me that sounds like a load of BS. I'm not looking for a car wash, but because I wasted my time today, a quick wash would've brighten the experience. Either way, something may or may not be done about this...don't care either way and I hate to sound like a Karen that says something but perhaps work with employees and your "computer" so it's not texting clients the wrong information. I'll definitely be re-considering where I take my vehicle and get a new lease.

Delfin was very kind and welcoming despite being very early in the morning and being one of the first customers. He made me feel comfortable by answering all of my random questions with very detailed answers. I would definitely request Delfin moving forward as my main go-to advisor.
