Had an appointment made for 1:15PM. I called at 4PM to check status of my oil change and was advised that my vehicle wasn’t even being worked on. I arrived at 5 PM and ask for my car no service was performed. Left my car was at the service center for 5 hours with nothing performed and had to pay for Lyft to take me back to the service center. Walked away as a unhappy customer.

My experience with Alex was wonderful. However, my experience with a cashier that answered the phone when I called to reach Alex was not. I urge Envision Honda to audit the phone call I had with the cashier from today 5:54pm PT - 6:03pm PT. I called to inform Alex that I was running late with car issues and the cashier asked me to hold. She didn’t mute her phone and I heard her conversation with her coworker. She made racist comments saying that this guy sounds like he can barely speak English and that he must be poor with car or gas issues. It shocked me even further when she used an accent to mock those who may speak English as a second language. She then proceeded to tell her coworker that she refuses to talk to someone who can barely speak English. By the way, I grew up in San Jose and English is my native language. I expect management to investigate and terminate this employee because there should not be any tolerance for that type of behavior. I appreciate the professionalism from Alex as she was wonderful in every aspect, but please address this issue.
