The entire service department was exceptional! Dub took great care of me and my vehicle. He stayed in contact with me during the time my car was being assessed to give me progress updates. Kevin was awesome at determining the problem although it ended up not being as big an issue as was initially indicated. Brian was compassionate and reassuring that they would figure out the problem and fix it. Having been referred over from the Chevy location, I can truly say Everett functions as a team! Travis was cautious and concerned enough to contact GMC for further diagnostics and repairs. I could not have asked for better service. Thank you, Everett team, for being customer-friendly!

Ask for oil change and tire rotation,after two hours found out they had only did oil change because of needing two tires that no one said anything about. This is not the first time I have had this experience and looking at my options.
