I overpaid. I usually get an oil change coupon but I did not get one this time. As a result, the service was about twice the amount I normally pay. However, your salesman Devin was very attentive and helpful. I spent an hour or more talking to him about buying a new 2500 HD Denali and he was more than willing to help even though I did not intend to buy it today. (You might consider a little more education for your staff on the Diesel engines.) Attentiveness is a high point with your staff members!

I was charged $19.95 plus tax for rotation of tires. However, I bought the full set of tires from Everett GMC and lifetime rotations were included in the sales price. I had several service items taken care of on my truck this day and do not catch the charge for this until after I made it home.
