I scheduled an appointment for 4 pm I arrived at 320 and I didn’t get to leave until 456 I think that is very excessive for an oil change and this is the 2nd time this has happened and was not able to use 20% coupon that you guys sent me because it can not be used towards oil changes which it did not say that,

I have always been a loyal customer with Everett’s and I love Everett’s but today I was not happy. Adam did not tell me his name when I got there and was speaking so softly I could not even hear him. I waited two hours to get my oil changed with no communication on how my vehicle was doing and when I left Everett’s I only got half way down the road and heard a loud banging noise underneath my car. Come to find out it was the plate that protects my oil pan had not been screwed back on properly. I had to slowly work my way back to Everett’s going the back way with my flashers on and only being able to go 10-15mph. I was not happy once I made it back to Everett’s. Thankfully my parents have been Everett’s customers for a long time and know quite a few people out there and also have friendships with them. Tammy and Phillip Newcomb are my parents. My mother called Clark Crone and he was waiting on me when I get back. They got my car in right away and fixed it and Clark even ran in through the car wash. I wasn’t happy with the service the first go around but I am so thankful for Clark and that he took care of me immediately.
