Kinda disappointed that I had to ask to get my truck greased or what y’all call a chassis lube. First time I came for a service it wasn’t done and this time I was told by a woman employee there that I had ask for it. That should automatically be part of the service. My truck was squeaking in the front end already because it wasn’t lubed. It hurts to hear it squeak when you just spent a lot of money on it. Thanks.

My car had to be towed to the service department. I thought that perhaps it might take 2 or 3 days to repair my car. The problem was quickly diagnosed and repair was made all within about a 3 hour time. We have always had a good experience dealing with staff in the service department and this was an example of very good customer service.
