To be honest we were very impressed with the sale of our new 2019 vehicle from Austin and would recomend our friends to him. However our first service experience was not smooth. I went in for a simple oil change and to have tech look at our radio for a weird but I experienced about once a week. I was told process would take about 1 hour. 30 mins for oil change and 30 for inspection. I arrived at 8:30am to start this process and didn’t end up leaving until 11:30am which took up nearly all my morning which I had other tasks I needed to have done by then. I understand things come up which may prolong the servicing process however I had to keep going up to ask around an ETA or some sort of update and wish I could have got the ball rolling with the courtesy vehicle much sooner or just got out with only an oil change and to come back later for further radio inspection for the glitching screen. I’d still recommend friends and family but I will let them know about my servicing experience and communication I received and that they’d need to free up a whole morning just to be safe.

The lady at the pay window even went and found me a bottle of water when the refrig was empty. My oil change and tire rotation was very affordable. Mr. Hancock was dishonest about my extended warranty not covering my LED tail light. He told me that I had to pay for the service out of pocket and would not explain to me why it wasn’t covered. He simply said it’s just something that HAPPENS. He didn’t provide any proof that my vehicle was even looked at this morning. I scheduled an appt for today and i drove 30 miles to get my issue resolved after being told it was covered over the phone. I then asked Mr. Hancock for my extended warranty information so that I could call them, he printed out my policy number and wrote down the wrong phone number so that I couldn’t re-check what he said he checked! I called ally and I was told that no one from Everett had called inquiring about my vehicle and that I was covered and to take my vehicle to another service center. I then LEFT WORK AGAIN and went to Crain Cheverolet and they filed a claim for me and fixed my repair. I don’t think no customer should be lied to simply because someone is being lazy. I paid for the extended warranty service so that I wouldn’t have to pay out of pocket expenses. Daniel Hancock is what you call “Getting OVER on a woman because he simply thought I didn’t know any better!” No customer should EVER feel this way. I could’ve been in a serious car accident just because of a simple TAIL LIGHT AND I HAVE CHILDREN! Who wouldn’t want to fix a simple tail light that’s COVERED under warranty! Daniel Hancock provided HORRIBLE SERVICE along with being dishonest.
