Everything went well as the service attendant met me out at the auto and made it easy. Truck was in oil change bay quickly and ready to go in and hour. Everything was top notch ????

Savanna tended to the service at Everett from start to finish. Every time I come by the dealership, I feel like I am with family. It is as if my visit is handled with the utmost convenience. I was very disappointed the Everett reneged on the $10 oil change that was promised for the life of my vehicle. I've brought my car there for everything since purchase, in large part due to that oil change price. I will get my oil change elsewhere in the future and will have to rethink who I buy my next vehicle from. Apparently I didnt notice this change as I was told that it was made last year. Do not contact me further.
