Failed to followed written instructions I wrote on paperwork filled out at the pre-opening service drop box. He even called after service hours and we discussed service I had requested. Someone called back trying to up-sale a cabin air filter that I had personally replaced about 2-months ago. Then when I got there to pick up vehicle I had surprise charges for an oil change I never asked for, plus the oil life indicated did not suggest it needed to be performed. I only use Everett Service for warranty repair because the Service Department is always selling...selling and hustling customers for money

I have had an issue with not getting the vehicle inspection report. Time before this one I had to read on the receipt to find out that my tire was irreparable and that I needed a new one. I asked the valet about it and he mentioned that some are not allowed by GM to be repaired. I then went to a tire shop where they repaired it and it is still fine.
This time I did have to ask if there were any issues and Adam then got back to me with the report and my front brakes were in the red.
I mentioned to the valet that I wish they had a car wash and he stated they did and he would be happy to run it through. He stated that you just have to ask your service advisor when you come in. There are a lot of things you have to “ask” for and the valets seem to be the ones with the answers:)
