I brought my vehicle in for it’s 3rd oil change. I did not have an appointment. I wish they would have told me it would take almost two hours. I would have rethought having the service today. The people are amazing. So that’s a plus.

I bought my car Oct. 25, 2018. It is a 2019 GMC Terrain. So far I've had to hav the wheel replaced due to a manufacturer defect (I had a flat and no one could get the tire off, except Everett, but they had to replace the whole wheel). I've also had to have the radio replaced, because of problems with it, such as the radio not working after I have to from a call, connection being lost repeatedly, etc). Also, things happen intermittently, such as the back door hatch not opening all of the way all of the time, though the bottom is on max, the remote entry and start not always working, though standing in the same place. Now the phone is not connecting properly and the navigation system will not work. I am living an hour and a half from Everett. I'm disabled and driving that far is difficult at times and it's costing me a lot in gas and time. I'm on a very fixed income. Most importantly, I need a good reliable car, because I do not live near any hospitals or doctors and I must be able to drive to a doctor if necessary. I also live alone and only have the one vehicle. I used to love my car, but I'm beginning to hate it. I truly believe I have received a defective SUV. This is the first time I've bought from Everett and the only time in nearly 40 years of car ownership that I've had so many issues. I'm becoming VERY discouraged and believe this one is a lemon. Now on the plus side, everyone at Everett has been very kind and I feel they want to fix my car. However, I believe this is a manufacturer issue. I was told to bring my car in again (I just got home late today). I cannot continue to do this. Danny did say he would see tomorrow if there was any way someone could drive a loaner car to me and pick up my car. However, he wasn't certain. If and when a loaner is given to me, it does need heated seats and electric seat placement (which my car has, though the heated seats go down in temp after 20-25 minutes). As I mentioned, I'm disabled, must wear a back brace (the heat relieves pain), and I have difficulty using my hands at times, which make manual adjustments difficult. I've spoken with GMC and I do have a case number. Once again, the people at Everett are very kind, but the SUV seems to have an awful lot of problems. I do not want to pay six years for something like this.
