After being a customer for more than 5 years with multiple vehicles purchased, this was my first not so good experience. Although the service performed on my truck was done as expected and fixed. I had my brand new truck towed in on Tuesday Because it died and would not start back up. I was given a rental vehicle that day which was a small suv (not a big deal as I was hoping to have my truck back in a day or two). Wednesday I was informed that it hadn’t been looked at yet so I stopped by to get something out of the bed of my truck to find it sitting outside unlocked from the day before with a lot of my personal belongings inside. Yes I understand it was towed in but I didnt have a chance to get ALL of my stuff out and figured at least it would stay locked up! Guess I was wrong! I talked to Danny later that evening and he said it would be 2-3 days before they would get the parts in to fix my truck. I asked if I could get a truck instead of the small SUV because I needed to pull a trailer over The Weeknd. He sent me to the loaner department which had me a truck ready for pickup Friday morning at 9. I got the rental truck at 9 Friday and about 11 got a phone call from Everett saying my truck was fixed and ready to be picked up..... surely someone knew that the parts were in and that my truck would be done that day and could have let me know before I came back to get the rental that morning. All in all I am happy with the service on my truck but there seems to be a disconnect with communication between departments or something. Just a hassle going between 2 rental vehicles for no reason and having my truck left unlocked with all my stuff still inside of it.
