I arrived prior to 7:30. Had coolant issue & needed oil change. 2 hours later I had to ask what was going on & was told they were wrapping up replacing the water pump. But, had forgot the oil change. An hour later I was told they were finished, but when I got the bill, they still had not changed the oil. I had to go to work. Everett sure is a long drive from my house to not get what you requested after a 3 hour period. But, the service bay was slammed. I won’t go back on a Monday.
