We left a voicemail for our representative. I know he will call us upon getting the voicemail. Adam Smith was wonderful, but he was assured by the shop foreman that all of our vehicle’s issues were solved by a car battery. We had questioned Adam about how a battery was the fix for all of the car’s issues. Again, the head of the shop said the car was fine. We got home with the vehicle, which is my college age daughter’s. Once again, it began jerking and stalled, and she was left without power steering and with a dead motor in an intersection. She was very upset, as were we.

After adamantly explaining that my tire rotation was free when I booked the appointment and was assured it was noted. I also reminded the service personnel when dropping off as well. ( because my tires were purchased at Everett). Once again I was charged and had to bring it to the attention of the cashier for a 3rd time. Finally corrected and with the appointment scheduled for 4:00pm, arriving at 3:53pm but not released till after 5:00pm, seems a bit excessive for an oil change and rotation.
