I have never had a bad experience with Everett they are very concern about their customers and every time I go there they are really helpful and courteous to the customers.

I came today with no appointment and knew there would be a wait. I was told an hour & a half to 2 hours, but he said hopefully sooner. I waited 2 hours and went to check & was told they were finishing up and it would be just a couple of minutes by a different service writer that checked the system. I waited around for another 20-25 minutes and nothing. Then I went back and my original person said my ticket would be at cashier desk. Went back there and paid but no keys. She told me to go the service desk and get them but they weren’t there either. He grabbed my paper and we went back to cashier & no keys! Then after 10 minutes of him running around looking for my keys, he finally found them. But he gave them to the valet to get my car. But he never said sorry for your wait or inconvenience nothing!!!!
