Dub did a great job getting me in my needs addressed got me in a loaner vehicle for the day and had my truck back by the afternoon. Very courteous and helpful thru the entire process as was the lady who helped me with the loaner vehicle I just didnt catch her name. Top notch all around.

I set up an appointment to bring my car in. Come to find out my car was disassembled and put to the side while they worked on customers vehicles that were brought in and they chose to wait. Please tell me what the point is of making an appointment. It made me feel like they took presidence over me. My car sat there overnight for a brake job and probably would not have been ready when it was the next day if I hadn’t expressed my feelings about the way my situation had been handled. Again not happy about the whole experience

I arrived as a “drop in” for oil & filter change plus tire rotation. I barely settled in with a cookie and bottle of water when I received a text that my vehicle was ready. I made a quick pit stop and went to cashier counter and Adam had been searching for me to tell my vehicle ready. He said “oh there you are”. My appointment was scheduled for 10:30. For a repair that was to be about 1 1/2 hours. I did not leave the dealership until nearly 3:00. I really don't understand your scheduling system when there is no regard for appointments.
