I was met by Mr. Browder when I arrived. My GMC was serviced in a timely manner despite being a holiday week. It amazes me that time spent in waiting room goes by so fast. (The cookies and wi-fi are nice too) I was also impressed by a person going around asking if customers needed anything while we waited. We have purchased 3 vehicles from Everett’s so far. We will not go anywhere else; all because of sales and service staff.
