I’m pleased with my fast and competent service today. It was just an oil change and tire rotation, but it’s nice to get in-and-out so quickly, especially at 4:15 in the afternoon! Drinks, snacks, phone charging stations, and comfy chairs make the wait a pleasant experience.

I had to drive 45 minutes back to the dealership today with my 2 year old and was told to mention Matt's name to get in as soon as possible since the wait time yesterday was suppose to be 1.5 hrs and at 1hr15min they said it was going to be at least another hr. Today I was told the wait time was 45 min and to put me at the front of the line and it took 1 hr 30min. I talked to Justin about my issue and he told me make an appointment in the future. And explained how timing worked there. He acted as if it was my fault. I told him that I tried to make an appointment for today but Matt said he would take care of me and there was no need. Justin said he didn't want me mad and he would talk to them out front to not tell people incorrect wait times. He never apologized and he made it seem like it was all my fault.

Initial contact this visit was via phone with Matt in service, who had given a quote after last oil change for 4 new tires. . .called day before to schedule appointment and determine when tires could be on hand to apply. Upon arrival, Mr. Hancock handled & coordinated & communicates when car was done while I was having lunch & visiting with my cousin. Both should get credit cause when I arrived lines were full and car was completed in a timely manner!!
