Everything was good except, we were not kept informed about the status of our vehicle. I finally drove back over to the service dept. several hours later to find out the status. We will use Everett again as we have done in the past. I always try to consider how busy things can get and I am generally understanding as long as I am updated.

The manufacturer survey might not be as “likely to recommend”.
I was a little disappointed with GMC having a known issue such as an AC condenser developing a leak and offer to replace it on 2014 and 2015 models but not the 2016. Even though it’s the exact problem that even develops in the same place. They acknowledged the issue on u wife’s 2015 also purchased from Everett and they made it right. This however was on my dime at $1100.00. I’ve been waiting for the 1500 diesel but might reconsider. Again Dub and everyone else were great and my in house experience was awesome.

When I got in my vehicle there was oil/grease on the steering wheel, and my radio was on 92.3 (this is not a preprogrammed station in my vehicle so someone switched it). Driving home I noticed the oil life monitoring system hadn’t been reset. I called the service dept to ask how to do this myself and the gentleman that answered seemed annoyed and kept sighing as he told me what to do. I’m also now missing two caps on the air plugs on my tires.
I typically have no complaints but was incredibly unhappy with the service today. Not what we’ve come to expect from Everett.
