I was completely satisfied with Matt but I felt the dealership should have covered the battery. I bought the 120k mile bumper to bumper warranty. The battery wasn't even 3 years old. A battery should last longer than 32 months.
I’m very disappointed it wasn’t covered. I’m planning to possibly start taking my truck to Gwatney in Jacksonville because of this. But I know this wasn’t Matt’s decision. Thanks

At first someone give me at wrong diagnostic and when I ask for details other person say the first one doesn't know too much because he's new. Plus long time ago I bring my car for oil change and a couple days later I noticed they didn't do it the filter wasn't changed y not oil either .????????
