I requested an oil change and tire rotation on my 2017 Acadia. It has 41,000 miles on it. I was told that the technician “refused” to rotate my tires because they were showing wear. I’ve owned cars for 41 years and this is the first time anyone has refused to rotate my tires - even tires that had 60,000 miles and really were worn. I was too taken aback to question the person helping me but I would like an explanation .

Somehow there was a disconnect from my initial conversation with Matt when scheduling my oil change, ordering new tires to be on hand and having an all wheel alignment performed at same time. . .then upon checking in with Danny confirming I had an appointment for service including tires, somehow the alignment was not performed &/or noticed by me until I had driven back home and reviewed the invoice. Upon calling and discussing with Danny & Kim advising me I’d get priority handling & discounted charges, I scheduled & traveled back to Everett to complete service!!
I’m not sure the disconnect between scheduling & arrival being handle by two separate Service Reps, but steps should be taken to make sure everything requested is completed. . .new tires should have realignment as standard step!!

I was told by the guys in the parts department that there would be NO charge to install my floor mats. When I got to the cashier, the bill was $160, instead of $120 (after my $100 voucher). The cashier contacted a gentleman who finally got it cleared up, but trying to charge someone $40 to lay floor mats down is crazy!

Daniel was very helpful in helping us get the issue result on the 2013 terrain for an excess of 2.4 Engine the work was done very fast and was surprised to get the vehicle back as soon as we did . The engine look like it hadn’t been clean though the leftover adhesive was still on the oil pan being a mechanic myself I will clean all debris from the engine and make sure it was completely clean before installing new parts I know the mechanic worked past hours to get the job done to go vacation but the engine should have big cleaner with less oil and fingerprints on the car so that poses a question of how well the engine was rebuilt if you need any further iIf you called me at 352-1693 thanks very much
